“ This place was so good and our server Carolina was awesome! I had gotten the Naked Bird Sandwich meal and loved the chicken as it was very juicy. The bun has good flavor since it is brioche and toasted on the inside. So the texture was awesome! The breading was seasoned well and definitely had nodes of paprika but not spicy. The breading is not the key and is not as crunchy as other restaurants, but is a piece of the sandwich. For sauces, my wife and I got the sugar wing, orange habanero, and hot honey. The overall favorite was the sugar wing and was by a mile. The sugar wing definitely has the best balance of savory and sweetness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the hot honey (and it may have been just how this batch was made today), but it tasted burnt. Overall, this place prioritizes a great balance than having one component as the star. I think the pricing is a little expensive, but if you are able to get a coupon for your meal, this place is absolutely worth it!! Still a great experience even on their normal pricing ”

“ Fantastic wings! All their sauces are made in-house. We tried the Carolina mustard, orange habenero, Chipotle honey bbq, and PB&J. Our favorite was the Carolina mustard. We also bought the cilantro slaw, and we're not happy with it. If you like a taco inspired slaw, that might be your thing... it wasn't ours. ”

“ The chicken was amazing and cooked to perfection. The fries are light and crispy. There was even a little cookie! I am glad we stopped in. The flavors are amazing, I got the so fresh and so green. I didn't find it spicy but the flavors were amazing. Way better tasting and priced than some other major chicken places. Will be telling everyone about this place. “ Went here last night for the first time. I walked into the open room and wasnt super busy so it was nice and quiet with plenty of seating to go around. Colorful murals and a chill atmosphere, that's how I like it. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and fries and I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor and serving size. The chicken was tender and the "honey sauce" that they used tasted great. I think I'm going to just go down the menu trying everything. I will note that the fries blew me away. I loved how they're cut. Almost "chip" like. Crispy and salted perfectly. I will definitely be coming back. If you're in the area I'd give this place a try. ”

“ Hands down the best wings / chicken I’ve had. The sauces are excellent, I hope they bottle them so I can buy them in larger quantities. I got the Carolina bbq wings and the Asian salad both were amazing . My friend got the atomic wings and chicken sandwich. The level of heat is perfect and does not sacrifice flavor for heat. The fries are unique, almost a cross between a chip and fry. The menu is small but everything is perfectly delicious. Ordering is easy at the computer the staff are very nice and helpful when asked. Overall highly recommend Sugar Wings, will be back! ”

“ Best chicken restaurant in Suburban Tampa!! This fairly-new restaurant blew it out of the park and we're so impressed!! We enjoyed the perfectly cooked chicken wings with the atomic sauce, (we opted to get the naked wings with the sauce on the side and it worked out great for us!) We also relished the chopped salad with the fried portobello mushroom, which was surprisingly delicious .. The angry bird sandwich was also great! The chicken strips were a little too salty for our taste. We've recommended this restaurant to our friends and they also had a lovely meal at Sugar-Wing! Looking forward to making this our regular!! ”

“ Very Nice experience. Friendly Staff, helpful. The food so so good. Husband & I both ordered the Sugar Chicken Sandwich n Fries. Chicken was crisp, nicely seasoned, tender, juicy. We had ranch for the fries. The fries are to die for. Fresh crisp seasoned perfectly. Tried to other sauces. Very clean. Staff came by a couple times making sure we didn't need anything. Food did not take long to get. Price reasonable considering they are about the same at other places. This was well spent and worth it. We will be going back. ”
